🔸 This flag is related to the flower festival which was held in the city of Belgium, and Muzaffar
al-Din Shah participated in this festival during his third trip to Europe (August 11, 1905 AD).

The flower festival was recorded by the cinematograph device by Mirza Ebrahim Khan Akas
Bashi who recorded his name as the first videographer in the history of Iranian cinema by
filming this festival. Currently, a part of this film is kept in the Visual Archive of Golestan Palace.

Naser al-Din Shah also participated in the Flower Festival in all his three trips to Europe.

The flower festival is held every year in the capital of Belgium, Brussels, in August in the central
square of this city.
