According to the public relations of the Golestan Palace World Heritage Complex report, Afarin Emami said: This exhibition includes the jade works treasure of the Golestan Palace, which is a kind of precious and decorative stone, and according to the art and artisanal experts, it is worth even more than gold and is being organized in the form of India in Golestan Exhibition with the cooperation and participation of the Cultural Center of India Embassy in Iran.
She continued: In addition, the jade works in the Golestan Palace treasury were evaluated by Dr. Seyed Masoud Seyed Bonakdar, a researcher and university professor, and more than one hundred works in the form of various dishes and other items were hand-picked and ready to be displayed for this prestigious exhibition.
Emami added: Therefore, due to the origin of this type of jade works in the treasury of Golestan Palace, which is related to India, this exhibition is titled India in Golestan and will be attended by Dr. Ali Darabi, Vice Minister and Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage, as well as Rudra Gaurav Shresth, the Ambassador of the Republic of India in Iran and will be opened on Monday, March 4, at the Golestan Palace Chador Khaneh Mansion.
She added: In continuation of the opening of this exhibition, on Tuesday, March 5, in the Abyaz Palace of this world complex, a specialized meeting will be held to introduce the exquisite jades of Golestan Palace treasury. Also, on Monday 4 and Tuesday March 5, music performance by Indian artists will be held in this world complex.
