The ancient ritual of Yalda night is held in the Shams al-Emareh edifice of the Golestan palace world heritage complex with a special performance of popular and diverse cultural and artistic programs.

According to the public relations of the Golestan Palace World Heritage Complex report, on the occasion of commemorating the world registration of the ancient Yalda ritual, the Yalda night will be held in the Shams al-Emareh edifice of the Golestan Palace World Heritage Complex.

Therefore, among the side programs of the ancient Yalda Night ritual in Golestan Palace, we can mention the exhibition of Naseri Yalda (memoirs of Naser al-Din Shah Qajar) preserved in the documents treasury of Golestan Palace and the calligraphy of Hafez's sonnets by the calligraphers of Shaeran Hezar Rang Art Institute.

Also, during the Yalda night ceremony of the Golestan Palace, a tambourine performance will be held by the Delnawazan band along with the performance of traditional Iranian music by the Setaregan music band and a collection of old ballads will be performed by the Awae Simorgh music band.

Also, in the continuation of special programs for the disabled in Golestan Palace, which are conducted with the presence of a deaf interpreter, it is possible for people with hearing impairment and deafness to attend the Yalda ceremony.

The Yalda night ritual will be held in Shams al-Emareh edifice on Thursday, December 20, from 14:00 to 19:00.
