According to the public relations of the Golestan Palace World Heritage Complex report, a special museum tour division for the disabled was opened in this world complex with the presence of the officials of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and the Blind Association of Iran along with a group of blind, deaf and disabled people.

Afarin Emami, director of the Golestan Palace World Heritage Complex, explained the launch of a special museum tour division for the disabled and said: In this regard, for the first time in Iran, this complex has created a multipurpose division for the disability community.

She continued: In the division of the blind system, the accessibility of the website for the blind along with the virtual tour for the deaf has been made possible. It is also possible to introduce the Golestan Palace by using special embossed plates and papers and audio-visual equipment.
